The basics of mtPaint's interface are fairly intuitive, with a color selector down the left side and a toolbar and menus across the top. We were quite impressed with how fast it scanned our 40GB hard disk in testing, and the process was completed in less than a minute. The program really shines with its options to view information, including a pie chart and a Magic Lantern 7d listing. It displays statistics in common megabyte and percentage measurements, making the information easy to follow. In terms of extras, we're able to print and export scan results, as well as open and delete Magic Lantern 7d directly from the program's main window.
